By accessing or using TrackFit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users, including gym owners, staff members, and athletes.
2. Use of the Service
TrackFit is a gym management platform that allows gym owners to manage memberships, schedule classes, track attendance, and communicate with members. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as agreed at sign-up. Invoicing is handled directly between you and TrackFit. There are no long-term contracts — you may cancel at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of TrackFit — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos — are the exclusive property of TrackFit and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without prior written consent.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TrackFit at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data prior to termination.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
TrackFit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
